Cristiano Ronaldo and Binance have revealed the release date and location of their second NFT collection, ForeverCR7: The GOAT. The ‘Greatest of All Time’ (GOAT) collection will be available on Monday, July 3 as the next chapter in Ronaldo and Binance’s multi-year cooperation.
The ForeverCR7: GOAT NFT collection honors Ronaldo’s reign as the all-time leading goal scorer, with 838 career goals. With over 29,000 NFTs, fans can ‘own’ the amount of goals and create lasting memories from career-defining events, along with exclusive awards and incentives. Memorable goals, such as #806, which officially made him the top goal scorer of all time, or #649, Ronaldo’s self-proclaimed best bicycle kick, will now be immortalized in digital collectible form.
“Since the first drop was the most successful Athlete NFT collection ever, we wanted to innovate and create more value for our community with this second collection,” said Yi He, Binance’s co-founder and chief marketing officer. “Binance’s CR7 NFT collection is a remarkable piece of artwork that not only celebrates the ‘Greatest of All Time,’ but also demonstrates a real-world use case for how Web 3.0 is shaping the sports and entertainment industries.”

ForeverCR7: GOAT NFT will be released on July 3rd (2pm UTC) and will include artwork for 20 of his most famous targets in four rarity levels: Super Super Rare (SSR), Super Rare (SR), Rare (R), and normal (n).
o Six of the seven highest-valued GOAT NFTs (SSRs) will be auctioned off on the Binance NFT Marketplace, while one will be rewarded at a later date. The auction will last 48 hours, with the highest bidder receiving the NFT. Bidding will begin at $15,000 USD. These limited-edition NFTs will feature a personal training session with Ronaldo as well as tickets to the next Binance Blockchain Week.
o SR and R NFTs (120 SR and 1,200 R) will be available for purchase on Binance Marketplace via a subscription mechanism, with prices beginning at USD 200 for SR and USD 30 for R.
The remaining 28,000 generic (n) variations will only be offered through $10 ForeverCR7 boxes.
o In addition to the CR7 training sessions for SSR holders, each rarity level will come with its own set of special perks, such as: a personal message from Cristiano Ronaldo and a video describing each featured goal a printable, signed Binance x CR7 poster autographed Binance x CR7 merchandise guaranteed access to all future CR7 NFT drops
Fans that buy CR7 NFTs from the first 2022 collection will not only get access to this second set, but they may also be eligible for a free NFT Mystery Box from Drop 1, as well as the ForeverCR7 Box from Drop 2 and higher rarity NFTs.
