Creating Furniture and Lighting from Mushroom Mycelium

Bulgarian designer and researcherat Somerset House as part of Ninela Ivanova and British deigner Sebastian Cox have teamed to create something quite unusual - lightweight, compostable stools and lights made from green-wood waste bound together with mycelium fungus. Their project can be seen Design Frontiers exhibition during London Design Festival 2017.
