This creamy gnocchi with vegetables, made from prepared gnocchi, frozen vegetables, and a quick herbed cheese sauce, is very fast to make and a great addition to meatless Monday. Feel free to add in strips of grilled chicken if you prefer.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 (12 ounce) package prepared gnocchi
8 ounces frozen mixed vegetables, such as Birds Eye® Normandy blend
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon pesto
2 ounces spreadable cheese, such as alouette® Garlic & Herbs Soft Spreadable Cheese
