Creamy Deviled Eggs

CREAMY DEVILED EGGS

The holidays are coming! The holidays are coming! Who's ready? Um, I'm not sure why, but as I was typing that I was thinking about Paul Revere (I know I'm weird lol). You can tell we're back in school mode here! Anyway, one of my favorite things to serve at holiday events is deviled eggs. They come out toothsome every time, and all of my family and friends love them and request them whenever they come over.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 tbs whipped dressing
  • 1 tbs Trader Joe's Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce, or your favorite BBQ sauce, preferably one that's not super strong in taste.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Green onions
  • Paprika, for garnish
How to make:

First, place 6 large eggs into a large saucepan and add enough water to cover the eggs completely. Tip; make sure your eggs are in a singe layer - it assures they cook evenly. Bring your eggs to a rapid boil, about 5 minutes. Then remove from heat and cover the pan. Let your eggs chillax in the hot water for approximately 10 - 15 minutes. Drain the hot water, then add in some cold water, wait approximately 5 minutes, then crack the shells. Then carefully peel off the hard coated shells, then discard.

After you've cracked and peeled your eggs, cut them in half and reserve the yolks.

After you've scooped out the yolks place them in a medium sized bowl.

After you've mashed the yolk, spoon mixture back into the egg white halves (you can also pipped them, if you have time).

Sprinkle with a little paprika and chopped green onions, if ya like. For the best results, chill in the fridge for about an hour (longer if you want), then enjoy.
