Houston, Texas – One driver was arrested for DWI after a crash that left other driver in critical condition.
According to the police reports, the accident happened in the 8300 block of Airline Drive in north Harris County Sunday night around 10 p. m.
A truck was traveling westbound on Margie Lane, and a car was traveling northbound on Airline.
The accident happened on the intersection when the truck wanted to turn southbound on Airline and it was hit by the car.
The car driver was in critical condition when first responders arrived on the scene. The man was transferred to the local hospital for treatment.
The truck driver was taken to hospital to be checked out. Later he was arrested for driving intoxicated, the police confirm.
The crash is still under investigation and we expect more details during the day.
