(La Paz) Bolivia's Interim President Jeanine Anez announced on Monday that she had recovered from an asymptomatic form of the novel coronavirus and was able to return to work.

“I'm going back to work,” tweeted M me Anez, who announced on July 9 that he had contracted COVID – 11.
In addition to the right-wing president, 53 years, seven ministers also contracted COVID – 19 during the month of July.
Monday, the interim government of Mr. me Anez proclaimed the state of “public calamity” in all the country, which allows it to have more resources to deal with the pandemic.
This measure was adopted when the government and parliament disagree due to the refusal by the Movement for Socialism (MAS, opposition) of former left-wing president Evo Morales (2006 – 2019), majority in parliament, to approve a loan of 327 million dollars from the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
In addition, sports competitions in Bolivia may not resume until November, depending on the evolution of the pandemic in the country, announced Monday an official of the Ministry of Health, René Sahonero.
“At the beginning of September, we will have the highest curve” of the pandemic, Mr. Sahonero told local Pan-American radio. Then, in the event of good progress, “sports competitions will resume in November”, he added.
