Today’s styled shoot will mesmerize you with its unique country chic style! The barn of the Marathon equestrian center was the ideal background for natural, rural shots. An impressive table was set in the middle of the barn and was decorated with black and gold details that created a dark yet elegant sense. Pumpkins, boots, saddles, cowboy hats and flower bouquets in white and black hues adorned the place beautifully. We loved the chic style of the two protagonists who were wearing special creations by Dimitris Petrou! See the following photos captured by Stella G Photography and feel completely transported to the beautiful, unique place!

From Moustakis Flower Company & Nissos Events: “We simply love a wedding that contains all that is dear to a couple. There are so many themes out there that can inspire a beautiful editorial shoot but this equestrian-chic wedding inspiration was something we were longing to do for quite some time. Country style and chic farmland weddings are definitely timeless so we aimed to give ours a twist incorporating several dark and shiny elements. We opted not for one but three wedding bouquets and employed them in the setting to add drama to the couple’s barn reception.”

“We went for a black eucalyptus, Italian ruscus, white Galil anemones, black and burgundy calla lilies and black gravillea. This gothic ascribed inky bouquet is a go-to for the statement-making bride who will probably not opt for a total white gown but still wants to bring romance into her looks. Maintaining the black and burgundy calla lilies impression, our second bouquet was arranged with lilacs, Thlaspi, panicum, white astilbe, ranunculi and garden roses, a lighter alternative to showstopper florals. Coral, greenery, pansies, ivy, and prunus were sensationally beautiful in the hay backdrop and as the overall styling was invested with several golden hued and black pumpkins we threw in some extra blooms to tone them up with blackberry, eucalyptus, anemones, astilbe, ranunculi and gravilleas, black roses and proteas.”

“Our equestrian chic inspiration carried “cavale” elements like jockey hats, boots, and saddles, strewn over the reception area whose entrance was decorated with cascading ruscus, while for the dinner set we went for a simple farmhouse table where black, gold and white dominated. Black goblet style glassware, golden flatware, and pumpkins kept things lush but hardly monotonous. Our stationery suites by the eclectic Atelier Invitations were a dream of gold and burgundy calligraphy in black emblem envelopes, while Mokpo Creative Cakes designed a lavish cake with touches of hay and florals to match our bouquets.”

“Mina Komini mixed loose curls for a relaxed bridal appearance and achieved a stunning, makeup look, sweeping a wash of purplish-pink shadow over our bride’s eyelids, intensifying the color with fierce eyeliner to create a winged effect, bringing her entire look together with sweep of apricot blush (an all-time flatterer) over her cheeks and a lovely peach lipstick.”
