Coronavirus: PM Modi’s Bangladesh Tour Canceled

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has canceled the visit to Bangladesh on March 17 due to the coronavirus. In fact, the Bangladesh government has either postponed or restricted the program in view of public health incidents of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s birth anniversary.

The Prime Minister was going to Dhaka to attend the same program. Earlier, due to Coronavirus, the Prime Minister canceled his visit to Brussels, where he was to attend the EU meeting.

At the same time, the Italian government has strictly prohibited the entry of people into Lombardy and 14 other states.

These people will now have to get permission from the government to come. After this order, now people will neither be able to enter these provinces nor can go out from there.

This step has been taken to prevent corona infection. Due to this, one crore and six lakh people are imprisoned in their homes. After this decision, a quarter of the country’s population will no longer be able to leave their homes.

Many cities in Italy are in the grip of Corona. These include the world-famous cities of Venice and Milan. Even more serious is that the northern region of Italy is affected by this which gives energy to the country’s economy.

By Sunday, the number of people killed by the Corona virus in Italy was 233.

According to officials, 36 people have died there in the last 24 hours. In addition, the number of infected cases has gone up to 5,883. Italy has recorded the highest number of deaths outside China.
