One of my great friends in Morocco has a farm in the verdant land heading towards the foothills of the Atlas Mountains.
Such magical countryside!
Here looking out of the enclosed garden of the house where I had the most delicious trid I have ever eaten. Anyway, in the depths of New York winter, I hear that I have missed the publication of Paula Wolfert's new book, The Food of Morocco and that Barbara's family are in it.......... gosh!
