This was my first visit to the fabled Pima Air & Space Museum, courtesy of the International Society of Aviation Photography.  Among the extensive collection is this B-58 Hustler, a super sleek Cold War design and only one of eight surviving examples.  The first operational jet bomber capable of Mach 2 flight, the B-58 first flew in 1956 and served with the Strategic Air Command (1960-1970).  Brigadier Gen Jimmy Stewart received his Mach 2 pin after a flight in a TB-58 and singer John Denver’s father, Lieutenant Colonel Henry J. Deutschendorf, Sr., held several speed records as a B-58 pilot. Nikon D7100 w/Tokina 10-17mm.
