When an earthquake reduces almost all of Seoul to smoking ruins, miraculously one building remains standing; Hwang Gung Apartments. Surrounded by destruction, the survivors try to restore order but as outsiders begin to seek refuge the residents soon realize that the real disaster is yet to come.
