Making quarterly goals to reach to a proper final goal is important. You have to settle some quarterly goals on which you can measure your business. Assessment need some goals to be done on. So, make goals first and then move with your strategy.

Gauge Team Needs

After doing assessment, if you are running behind then do find out that what are the things you need like manpower, tools, etc. Do gather required things and start again towards 2nd quarter. If you were successful in attaining the goals, then think about how you can achieve better next time.
