Comics I’m Most Stoked to Spend My Cash on This Week!

I’m a DC fan boy. No shocked there to anyone who has read my reviews. So last week the only Marvel comic I buy came out(X-Men). So this week I’m looking at almost all DC with the exception of Angel and Faith from Dark Horse.

Angel and Faith #25- This has been a really exciting and fun new comic for me to get into. I loved the Angel TV series and always loved the dark slayer Faith. Putting them together wasn’t anything I ever had thought about or even wanted, but this has been a pairing from heaven. I have loved almost every issue and can’t wait to see how this season ends.

Batman/Supermen #3- I love the art in this book. I would buy it for that alone. Put in two of the all time great heroes ever created and how can you go wrong? I also love digging deeper into the new 52 history and early years of these characters. Plus this is getting me so excited for the upcoming Man of Steel sequel!! Long over due comic and movie.

Catwoman #23- I love Catwoman. She has the potential to be as great as Batman, only sexier…therefore GREATER than Batman. With the right creative team she should be a number one selling book. Sadly, I havent been blown away by this current writer. I keep waiting and hoping for “the issue” that finally connects all the dots. Maybe this will be the one? Maybe…?

Justice League #23- The final chapter in the Trinity War. I cant wait for this one. The event so far as been one of my favorite cross overs in recent history. For me it has really lived up the hype and has been such a fun ride so far. Sometimes these types of stories fall apart with the ending, but I have faith in the team that they can wrap it up and set the stage for Forever Evil!
