Colorful & Bright Wedding at the Preston Court | Tasmin & Antony

By Eleni Balkouli @Love4Wed

We have officially fallen in love with Tasmin and Anthony's wedding day. It was colorful, definitely fun and had such an amazing retro vibe! Their entire wedding day at the Preston Court was infused with disco details, streamers and vibrant red flowers. We adored the mismatched bridesmaids dresses and the bride's stylish sequin wedding gown and...did we mention the victorian carousel? You must not miss this wedding!

"We meet in a place where all great love stories start... On a sticky dance floor at a night club in our home town. I actually knew who Ant was as we went to the same school, but he had no idea who I was. After him being very persistant (and slightly annoying), I gave him my number and shortly after we went on our first date. I guess you could say the rest is history. ", the bride shared with us.

"Three years later we went on holiday to Dominican Republic with our best friends, two days into the holiday I lost my sunglasses in the sea... Ant suggested going back later that night to see if they would be washed up, gullible me thought this would actually happen but little did I know this was actually a way to get me back to the beach so he could propose! So there I was looking for my sunglasses, and I turn around to find Ant on one knee. I of course said yes and we met our friends to celebrate and ended up at the hotel casino! "

"For the style of the decoration we went for a red and pink retro vibe for all the decor and flowers, we left it to our stylist and florist to bring our vision to life and it definitely paid off as everything looked incredible!"

"We loved our disco ball vases and streamers that we had for our ceremony, and our table plan was a shot of tequila for every guest which was super fun! "

"It's hard to pick only one favourite moment, the whole day was amazing! We wanted a day that was fun, relaxed and represented us as a couple and that's exactly what we had. But our ceremony was definitely up there for us, we chose to have a celebrant led wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made, it was just so personal, funny and very us!! "

The bride's advice to other brides-to-be: "I believe that weddings should reflect you as a couple, so do what you want to do and not what you feel you have to do. "
