
These Coconut Almond Fat Bombs are a delicious treat that is still good for you and will satisfy your sweet tooth without going off track. They taste like coconut and are full of good fats.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Shred the coconut, add the almond butter, coconut oil, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to a bowl
Mix until everything is well mixed and the mixture looks like dough
Take little chunks and roll them into balls
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and put the balls on it
Put in the fridge for 30 minutes or so, until firm
