Cocktail Recipe: Eden Mill Rasperry Ripple

Love is in the air at Eden Mill

It's the month for romance and Eden Mill have shared this romantic looking cocktail with us at Foodie Explorers. Serve for Galentines Day, Valentine's Day or just because!

Ingredients:
25ml Love Gin Liqueur
25ml Chambord
50ml Cranberry juice
20ml Egg white
Crushed dry raspberries (garnish)

Method:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake hard. Wait 30 seconds for the ingredients to settle before pouring. Fine strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with dried raspberries.
