Verdict on Cobweb
Cobweb is a horror thriller following a young boy who finds his life turned upside down by knocking on his bedroom wall. He believes he is being set up to help someone in need and uncover a secret. However, not everything is going to be as it seems.
This is a horror movie that dives into the deepest darkest fears of noises around the home. It takes Peter on a journey you would never expect, and the story keeps everything feeling surprising throughout. There are genuinely creepy and scary moments in the movie. Even if there is a splatter spell and a few narrative plot points which feel off. For example, the consequence Peter faced at school, seems too extreme. In the end, this becomes one of the stronger uncomfortable horrors of the year.
Where to Watch
JustWatchFinal Thoughts – Cobweb is disturbing, unsettling and purely creepy.
