These charts reflect the results from the newest Gravis Marketing / One America Poll. The survey was released on October 3rd. It queried 454 Republicans and 358 Democrats -- with the margin of error for Republicans being 4.6 points, and for Democrats being 5.4 points.
There's no change for the Democrats -- with Hillary Clinton maintaining about a 9 point lead over Bernie Sanders. There is a fairly substantial number of "unsure", and we don't know who those votes will go for (or if they will even vote).
The poll on the GOP side is fairly interesting. While Trump is still in the lead, he seems to be losing some steam -- coming in at less than 20% support. Fiorina also seems to be fading, finishing fourth with less than 10% support. Two candidates besides Trump finished in double digits -- Carson with 14.1% and Cruz with 10.6%.
