Making mincemeat out of the denials from large tech companies about the NSA's data collection methods coming directly from their servers, the Washington Post publishes "The NSA Slide you haven't seen." (H/T Hot Air)
The slide lists two methods of data collection by the NSA, categorized as "Upstream" and "Prism" and the direct quote from the Prism category is "collection directly from the servers of these U.S. server providers, Microsoft, Yahoo, Google, Facebook, PalTalk, AOL, Skype, YouTube, Apple."

Remember, according to Obama the data being collected on Americans is simply a "modest encroachment of privacy."
