I was not about to let this Chicago rain/snow mix on St. Patty's day interfere with celebrating the holiday, or even more importantly, stop me from wearing this festive spring outfit. Anyways, I have a feeling I am going to have a long and fulfilling relationship with this new jean jacket. Citizens of Humanity has always been a favorite of mine, and they have actually mastered the perfect jacket. It's a comfy jean jacket. I know I know, you'd think it was impossible, but it is such light material and it is almost "shirt like." So I get the best of both worlds- I get to look like I am wearing a stylish Jean Jacket, while in my own head, wearing a comfy sweater/sweatshirt.
A Jean Jacket/ denim jacket is something that everyone should consider investing in. Especially for spring and summer 2013. It can be worn with any outfit (skirts, shorts, dresses, jeans, flats, wedges, heels...okay you get it) and is also the type of piece that can tie together everything you wearing to make it an acceptable, stylish outfit. I haven't loved a jean jacket this much since my sophomore year of high school. Either way, like it or not, they are back in the fashion world, and bigger than ever.
