Biden was part of a different Gov in the past, especially as vice president of America. Most American people believe he already becomes a corrupted man and unable to deliver for the last 40+ years. They dont trust him to be president of America and consider the biggest threat because of many other reasons.
He is representing LEFT, a Democratic ideology that is not accepted by millions of people. Illegal immigrants' policies convince common American people to believe that he wants to handover our jobs to foreign people. BLM and Antifa are already spreading hate and violence in everything in America. Biden will never take any severe action against them, which is why people hate him so badly.

Lockdown, because Coronaviurus already destroyed the economy of America with millions of people, lost their jobs forever. But most people believe that there is no need to lock down a country for a virus with less than a 1% death rate. People in America and Europe protested against lockdown already and refused to accept it.
One more full lockdown will destroy America forever when China is taking over as a replacement for the USA. These lockdowns have already become the most significant threat to America, and people may start a revolution if Gov tries to implement it by force.

Stealing the election is the most trending topic in America now. People already believe that the election was stolen from Trump because Deep State refuses to accept him. These people also consider it the biggest fraud in America's history and even ready to fight against it at all levels. Trump or Biden has already become the breaking point of hate between both sides from the last century.
Biden and his followers already accepted him as the next president; media and world leaders also accepted it.
