Good Day My Fellow Americans:

Tomorrow and every first Wednesday of each month, the Prince George’s County District 3 Police are hosting a Coffee Circle at Wegmans at the Woodmore Towne Center in Largo from 9:00am to 11:00 am.  All are welcome to attend.  Tomorrow’s agenda includes police updates and statistics from Major Nader, along with information from the Fire Department, Sheriff’s Department, District 3 Police and Transit Police Departments, and greetings from the Lt. Governor’s office and various appointed officials.  There will be an open forum for utilitiy companies where representatives from PEPCO, BG&E, Washington Gas, and WSSC will be present.  So if you have a suggestion, gripe, concern, or just want to make a connection with any of these representatives, now is the time to come out and be recognized.

Councilman Derrick L Davis
I’m excited about attending this week’s State of the District being held by District 6 Councilman Derrick L. Davis.  At this address, I’m to be informed “on the FY2014 budge priorities, the Prince George’s County Medical Center, and the new County agency – The Department of Permitting, Inspections, and Enforcement (DPIE).”  County Executive Baker will also be in attendance; maybe I can get a couple of quotes on something.  What would you like me to ask him?  You know I’ll be reporting back as the meeting takes place and I’ll post officially on PGC Blog as soon as I get stationary.
