CIPE’s staff and Board are remembering former CIPE Board member Larry Liebenow, who passed away on May 21. In addition to his years of service on the CIPE Board, Liebenow had since 2005 served on the board of the National Endowment for Democracy, and was a former Chairman of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Chamber’s board since 1996.
