Since March 15, a first in the history of French cinemas, all cinemas were closed. Edouard Philippe announced their reopening, from June 22, throughout France.

Eight days ago, Franck Riester, Minister of Culture, announced that everything was being done to reopen cinemas in July. It is now official, the rooms will reopen earlier than announced, from June 22, and this across the country, to meet the demand of distributors.

Since March 14, a first in the history of French cinemas, all cinemas were closed. Edouard Philippe announced their reopening. The conditions have not yet been specified.

The rooms will therefore have been closed since March 15, nearly 14 weeks (100 days to be precise).
