Russell Wilson and Ciara celebrated their one-year anniversary, and the singer who has been caring for their newborn daughter, Sienna surprised her husband with a love note in the sky.
Ciara posted a video of the couple along with their two children on the balcony as a plane flew the love note in the sky. The singer wrote in her caption that she is thankful to God for the love He has given her.
