Three Kings Day (Dia de Reyes) is celebrated in Spain on 6th January to mark Epiphany and the day the Three Kings visited Baby Jesus. On this day a ring-shaped, candied fruit and sugar-topped cake, known as Roscon de Reyes is eaten. Traditionally, a small figurine is placed inside the cake and the lucky person who finds the figure is crowned King or Queen of the day's festivities.
Iberica have Roscon de Reyes for 2018 and they are now ready to pre-order. They cost £20 with Iberica donating all profits from the sale of the Roscones to Children in Need. Order your cake here.
The winning cake will be available for collection for the winner in our restaurant in Glasgow on the 5th of January from midday or on the 6th of January from 11.30am.
