Côte is inspired by the brasseries of Paris with relaxed all-day dining. They serve French bistro classics with style. On the menu, you will find brasserie favourites such as steak frites, tuna Niçoise and moules marinières; for dessert, Côte's crème caramel and crème brûlée are house specialities.
Mr Foodie went along recently to try out their Christmas menu - Read all about Mr Foodie's visit here. Big thumbs up for the duck confit crispy savoury skin, sea salt and a lot of tender duck served on a bed of perfectly-cooked sautéed potatoes, baby spinach, garlic and parsley in a fruity orange and veal jus. A big, comforting portion.
And not to forget their desserts.... Bûche de Noël for Christmas which is a traditional praline and chocolate roulade with hazelnut liqueur, warm chocolate sauce and Chantilly cream which was new to us.
