Christian rapper Thi’sl, was shot during an attempted robbery Tuesday.
The rapper, born Travis Tremayne Tyler, 41, was reportedly shot during an attempted robbery. Social media postings say that the hip hop pioneer was leaving a Hookah Lounge when he was approached by a man who attempted to rob him.
One of the bullets broke the rappers leg, and he needed surgery to place a rod and bolts in his leg. He is expected to make a full recovery.
A Go Fund Me account has been set up to help Thi’sl with medical expenses, and household bills as he goes through recovery.
