Chris Pratt And Anna Faris Divorce: Take Elevendy Four Million
As we know, the current narrative on the Chris Pratt and Anna Faris split is that Chris’ star grew too brightly to be contained within Anna’s galaxy. Even though these two are as bland as a mayonnaise sandwich on Wonder Bread with the crusts cut off, we’re gonna get to the bottom of this breakup if it’s the last thing we do!

When the duo first tied the knot in July 2009, Faris’ career was on the rise with recent roles in The House Bunny, Scary Movie 4 and Brokeback Mountain. Meanwhile, Pratt’s hit show Parks and Recreation had just premiered three months earlier. Soon, the situation reversed when the NBC sitcom took off and Pratt, 38, went on to nab starring roles in films such as Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World.
US Weekly suggests that Anna was insecure about Chris’ newfound glory and that those Jennifer Lawrence rumors might have gotten her a bit shook. US says:
It may have been those insecurities that spurred Faris to make frequent set visits while Pratt was filming. “Anna would stop by his movie sets a lot more than the other wives,” the first insider says.
By all accounts, the split was amicable, so it shouldn’t be a huge surprise that the super busy Chris might not have bothered to move all his crap out of the house yet. In fact, super sleuth and nosy neighbor type Patti Stanger of Million Dollar Matchmaker fame claims that the couple are still living together and that will a little help, from her of course, the couple might be able to put things back together again.
ET reports:
Still, Stanger is hoping the two can work it out. “I want them to get back together. So, I’m not fixin’ them up — I would just be the counselor between them and go, ‘What really is the issue here?’” she went on. “Because she’s living in the house, so someone threw out the curveball.”
She continued:
“If [Pratt]’s still in the house, there’s hope. If the person doesn’t leave the house, there’s a lot of hope there. That means they still love each other. Because they’re not poor… they could go get a condo, Airbnb it. It’s just that they don’t want to leave each other. There’s a lot of best friend factor there. They’re very close as BFFs.”
Great, that’s all we need; nosy Patti stirring the pot and keeping these two drips in the headlines with their on again, off again antics. I’m kidding. Getting Chris and Anna to do “A Very Special Episode” of Million Dollar Matchmaker ain’t never gonna happen. In fact, their rep had this to say (via ET):
Pratt and Faris’ reps told ET, “Patti Stanger is not an authorized spokesperson for Anna and Chris and her comments (about their marital status and personal life) are invalid.”
So, sorry Patti, looks like you’re out! Maybe now we can let Chris and Anna’s relationship fade to black the way things are supposed to happen in Hollywood!
