I'm sad all NYC posts have come to an end, but it's now the season to be jolly and jolly I will be! I love December in London it's such a magical time and after going to a Christmas lunch on the first weekend of December I was well and truly feeling the Christmas vibe. Last weekend I hosted a Chris-nic (its like a picnic Christmas party, but better). The party was less stressful than my previous events during the summer as everyone bought a plate, the theme was dress like a hipster and mulled wine is so festive and easy to make. Instead of giving presents we all added that money to a charity jar in which we raised £100 for Celia Hammond's Animal Trust.
Like every child's dream we had candy corner, with sweet festive treats (cupcakes, mince pies and dark chocolate lollipops donated kindly by Biba's Cakey Bakeys), marshmallow forest, candy canes and a few other treats to make everyone go wow! It was a fun filled evening of festive joy, good christmas themed food, friends and Christmas tunes. What else could a girl who loves Christmas ask for?
