VMar Choe Ryong Hae, Director of the Korean People’s Army [KPA] General Political Department met with a delegation of the Vietnam People’s Army General Political Department led by VPA GPD deputy director Luong Cong on 28 July (Sunday). VMar Choe, along with Lt. Gen. Tong Yong Il, “met and had a talk” with the Vietnamese delegation.
