Chocolate Tahini Energy Balls

Makes 12 Energy Balls. Nutritional Info Per Ball: 147 Calories, 10.6g Fat (2.1g Saturated), 27mg Sodium, 11.8g Carbs, 2.2g Fiber, 4.5g Sugar, 3.2g Protein

Ingredients

  • ½ cup organic whole tahini
  • 2 tbsp organic maple syrup
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¾ cup quick cooking oats
  • ½ cup chopped organic walnuts
  • A pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt
  • ¼ tsp organic vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup organic 70% mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix the tahini, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla well, then add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  2. Wet your hands so that they are slightly damp, and scoop 2 or 3 tablespoons of the dough into your palm to form into a balls or a cookie shape.
  3. Place balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
