I had my first crinkle cookie recently, a red velvet from Panera Bread, and fell in love. These cookies are crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside - the way a cookie should always be, if you ask me. These chocolate marshmallow ones did not disappoint. I used a cookie mix from Williams Sonoma that my boyfriend gave me. Although most of the ingredients were prepackaged, I found an adjusted recipe to accommodate those who don't have the mix.
