Pretzel crust cheesecake is a no-brainer, chocolate-covered pretzels+ cheesecake= heaven. Seriously, in my book, absolutely nothing is better than that!
Ingredients
FOR THE CRUST:
3 cups Pretzel Twists about 1 1/2 cups finely crushed pretzel crumbs
▢¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
▢6 tablespoons (84g) unsalted butter melted
FOR THE FILLING:
▢8 ounces (226g) Cream Cheese softened
▢¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract
▢8 ounces (226g) whipped topping thawed
FOR THE TOPPING:
▢1 cup (170g) chocolate chips
▢½ cup (118ml) heavy whipping cream
