Just 3 ingredients to produce such yummy & addictive cookies =) Chocolate Cookies(recipe adapted from Carol Hu)
Ingredients:
100g Ghana dark chocolates, melted
20g cornflour
20g Blue Jacket Cake Flour
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together till combined. Put batter into a piping bag with tip & pipe out onto a silpat mat.
2. Bake in a preheated oven @ 150C for 18mins.
