China's Instagram gains NFT makeover with Conflux

Conflux Network has added layer-1 public blockchain to Xiaohongshu, also known as “Little Red Book.” This is a well-known social media site that is often called the Chinese version of Instagram. Users can show their non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on their profile pages thanks to this integration.

Conflux says that the more than 200 million monthly active Xiahongshu users can show off their NFTs made on Conflux in the “R-Space” section of the platform for digital collectibles.

Influencers in Xiaohongshu have recently been seen wearing NFT clothes. On R-Space, a headband costs 20 yuan ($2.96) and a sci-fi dress costs 5,000 yuan.

A Singaporean company called Conflux has teamed up with companies like McDonald’s China and has been backed by the government in some parts of China.
