Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 6 large lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Shred chicken, crumble bacon, diced avocado, and diced tomato together in a bowl
Add the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to another bowl and mix them together using a whisk
This will make the creamy Dijon dressing
Set out lettuce leaves and put a small amount of the chicken mixture on each one
Pour the creamy Dijon dressing over the chicken
To make wraps, fold lettuce leaves over the filling
