Chicken Broccoli Tortellini Alfredo
Enjoy the smooth texture of this chicken broccoli tortellini Alfredo, a hearty pasta dish that's great for any event. This recipe is sure to become a family favorite. It has soft chicken, bright broccoli, and cheesy tortellini tossed in a rich Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 lb broccoli florets
  • 1 lb cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Following the directions on the package, cook the tortellini, drain it, and set it aside


Melt the butter in a big pan over medium-low heat


Put in the chicken dices and cook until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked


Put minced garlic in the pan and cook for one minute, until the garlic smells good


Put broccoli florets in the pan and cook them until they are just barely crisp


Add the grated Parmesan cheese and heavy cream


Stir the sauce until the cheese melts and it becomes creamy


Add pepper and salt to taste


Toss the cooked tortellini in the Alfredo sauce after adding it to the pan


Add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving
