It's that time again... CHIC AT EVERY AGE . This week, we're showing y'all how to style the moto jacket four ways!
For those of you that have just tuned in, this fab collab is exactly how it sounds... a chic chick in her 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s shows you how to style a piece in their own way. I'm working with some of my FAVORITE gals in Dallas!!

Do I talk about it TOO MUCH? It feels like I mention "throwing on a moto jacket" to any dress or basic outfit about a million times a month, but it's so true! It's add some edge and a bit of warmth to any outfit! It's the reason why we wanted to showcase this fabulous wardrobe staple again. It bears repeating since EVERY ONE should own a moto jacket!
It doesn't matter if it's leather, fleather (faux leather), tweed, or oversized! It literally goes with anything from jeans to a tee and even a dress (as seen here). It's a versatile piece that is worth the splurge if you go for real leather or just test the waters with a fleather jacket.
For my look, I was in a hurry and used my go-to style hack by wearing all black. You match. It's easy. You look Chic! Voila! My moto jacket adds a fun layered element with the removable hood which was perfect with the v-neck silhouette of this CABI bralette (past season)! To keep a edgy look, I wore high rise skinny jeans for an almost ode to Sandy in Grease. Natalie said this was my JLo look! LOL! I'll take it! Finally, black booties finish this edgy but simple look!
THE STYLE Rx: A moto jacket is a marvelous addition to your wardrobe. Wear it with everything - jeans + tee, dresses, over the shoulder! You can even wear it as a top with a midi skirt for a fun look!
Now, let's chat about what the gals wore!
Cathy wore my new obsession, a metallic IRO moto jacket, with jeans and a sneakers! I love her dressed up casual look! Heather looks gorgeous in her navy moto jacket with a white tee, jeans, and heels. So classic and good, right?! I was channeling my inner "Jenny from the Block" in all black! LOL! Natalie was so chic in my favorite color combination, black and tan, and I love her hat too!
HOW WOULD YOU WEAR A MOTO JACKET?!Happy Friday Y'all! Hope everyone had a fabulous Halloween! We gathered with the neighborhood kids and did a fun group Trick-or-Treat!! They were ALL so EXCITED and it's so cute to see all the costumes!! It was so chilly so it was a quick trip around the block!
We are still trucking along with the kids. Apologies for my lack of posts, but we have a lot going on here! As the saying goes, I'm surviving NOT thriving! LOL! I know it's just a season, but the children and Mr. S really need a lot of attention at the moment. I've been exhausted trying to keep up with all the school things, sibling things, husband things, life things, blog things, and just EVERY thing! As my therapist said, "You need HELP!" LOL!
Anyhow, we don't have much this weekend except for a class play date, and I'm thankful for a simple schedule!
What are you up to this weekend? ♥︎ ♥︎ STAY GLAM, DO GOOD ♥︎ ♥︎Thank you so much for stopping by and supporting SOS!
