INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1-2 tbsps. pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk
TOPPING
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh mango, cubes
- 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
DIRECTIONS
1. In one bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
2. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
3. In the morning, stir the mixture and add in some almond milk or water.
4. For serving, set banana slice in serving jar.
5. Pour pudding in it.
6. Top with mango cubes and coconut.
7. Enjoy!
