If your goal for 2021 was to eat more pastries - which we fully endorse, we even have a list of the best in London for you - then you'll be happy to know that a brand new bakery with all new goodies is coming to Belgravia. Chestnut Bakery will be a community bakery, so in addition to selling a variety of breads and pastries, they will also be giving back to the area.
The menu is still being worked out by community baker Kevan Roberts and the rest of the Chestnut team, but we spotted éclairs, poppy and lemon curd and gruyere and zaatar croissants, Salted peanut cookies and mille-feuilles on their Instagram. we have high hopes. And although Belgravia Bakery isn't even open yet, the team is already planning to open another spot at Oxford Circus in April.
