As part of the Chess Federations of Sri Lanka’s (CFSLs) Golden Jubilee Celebration programme, the Arbiters Commission has conducted another successful seminar in Jaffna. Chess in Jaffna was affected a lot due to the civil war for 30 years till 2009. With its development, CFSL is very keen to support the Northern Province.
The seminar was conducted by the most senior International Arbiter in Sri Lanka Thiwanka Tissera, with the participation of 25 new Arbiters. (D.R)
