Chef Adam Handling is to leave Adam Handling at Caxton in London’s St Ermin’s hotel to launch his own restaurants, starting with The Frog in London.
Holder of Scottish Chef of the Year Adam will open The Frog in Spitalfields as well as three other locations including a new location for his signature Restaurant Adam Handling.
Opening on 8 June in Ely’s Yard beside the Old Truman Brewery in east London.
