Checked Inn TV Show, coming to OWN, showcasing former Essence magazine’s Editor in Chief, Monique Greenwood’s family owned bed and breakfast ‘Akwaaba’s Mansion.’
According to the Huffington Post, In 2001, Greenwood quit her job at Essence, risking it all to pursue a lifelong dream of opening her own bed & breakfast to establish a legacy for her daughter, Glynn.
Cameras follow Greenwood and her team as they welcome couples seeking to save their marriages and reignite passion to the Akwaaba Bed & Breakfast Inns, a former Woolworth estate set at the Mansion at Noble Lane in Poconos, Pennsylvania.

The show premieres, Tuesday, November 21 at 10 p.m. ET/PT
