Check Out The Priority Boxes Art Project

I just received my free box from painter Franck de Las Mercedes.  It is painted on the outside with abstract art and it is filled with PEACE.  Franck will send anyone anywhere in the world a free box if requested.

The project is "a public art series that seeks to provoke thought, to make people reconsider their ability to influence change, communicate through art and make art accessible to people from all walks of life."  By using a box painted on the outside, the project has an impact on all the people handling it from the first exchange at the post office, to the receiver, and whoever the receiver might pass it on to. Franck has sent out over 10,000 boxes over the five years since he started the project.  Donations and sales from his art website shop help fund the project.
