Last week I reported that Charlaine Harris announced Syfy was developing her Harper Connelly Series at the RT Booklovers Convention in Chicago. Thanks to EW we have a few more details. The project is titled Grave Sight and is classified as a series in development and is being looked at as a prospective drama series. It is about:
[A] young woman who was struck by lightning as a teenager. Now in her 20s, she can sense the location and last memories of dead people. In the Syfy adaptation, Connelly teams up with her protective stepbrother, Tolliver Lang, to help find a missing teenage girl, only to uncover a network of lies and murders throughout a small town in the Ozarks.
The project pilot is being written by Kam Miller of Law and Order: SVU and is due to be presented at upfronts later today.
