A charitable organization called Yad bYad, led by a Rav Yaakov Gloiberman, in the Lod and Ramle area, has made an interesting decision for the coming period. They are going to support needy arab families during the month of Ramadan.

I am not completely clear as to what is special about this announcement, as the article says that the organization helps both Jews and Arabs in need all year long, so what is special about helping Arabs in need during the Ramadan season? Perhaps they are increasing their support for the Ramadan month - I am not sure.
Either way, it looks like this organization is doing good work, though I am sure some people do not like it.
