In a couple weeks, I will have a new look and feel to the Wax website. I feel like the last two or three years were all about survival for so many of our small businesses. My new site is going to reflect a much more optimistic outlook – my business has steadily improved over the past 12 months and I hope yours has as well. Plus, the designer says I look a little bit like Jesus in the photo. When you see it, let me know what you think.
I’m also going to change up the format of the blog and talk about my own clients and experiences quite a bit more. All names will be changed to protect the innocent (and ONLY the innocent mind you). I don’t know about you, but the last couple of years have given me a pretty big does of humility. I feel like my readers will learn more from my personal mistakes and successes, than from just providing content. Although I plan to do that as well. I can’t really ask you to contribute your own ideas and examples without doing more of that myself.
So please let me know what you’re thinking and if you’re finding a mix of real world examples and content a better fit for what you need. Someone told me recently my life was like a never-ending episode of Seinfeld. It’s probably not nearly as funny, but we’ll see!
