CHAI TEA SMOOTHIE – 2 servings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh brewed chai tea, let sit till room temperature
- 1/2 cup non dairy milk
- 1 frozen banana, chopped
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 small cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- liquid sweetener to taste
Directions
Place everything in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour in glass and enjoy.
