Obviously I am extremely excited for Lady Gaga to be winning such award, she most definitely deserves it. Can't hardly wait to see what she wears! I'm also really happy to see Pheobe Philo with the International Award. Her work with Celine has just been amazing. Wish this was more of a televised event, I would through a party!
